Like I heard the Sleeping Beauty actually never woke up, and a lot of others didn't have happy endings. Is there a website that has the original versions?

I don't know, but I've come across a book (in the library of a hotel in the Scottish Highlands) of fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm that was almost 100 years old. They were pretty gruesome. It's true we read the watered down version today.

I was looking for these at one points too. I even bought some old books, but the versions were close to the same.
Try the following site, the versions seem a little better than the disney versions.

Those grimm brothers were sickos.....I'm glad the endings of those fairytales have been changed into happier endings. I read "The Little Mermaid" before Disney brought the movie out, and was afraid to watch the movie because I knew Ariel would die at the end.

Do you know how glad I was that the ending was such a big difference?
