I need to buy new performance tires for the rims I just bought and I was wondering what the ZR or whatever follows the tire side similar to ZR stand for.

Z is the speed rating indicating it's rated for up to 149mph
R indicates it's a radial tire.

When ZR appears in the tire size designation, it signifies a maximum speed capability in excess of 149 mph. If a service description also appears, the maximum speed is indicated by the service description.

ZR mean bigger than 240km/h.IF after it is present W or Y this mean until 270 km/h or 300km/h.
