1 mole of atoms = 6.022*10^23 atoms
1 mole of sodium atoms = 6.022*10^23 sodium atoms
1 mole of sodium atoms = 22.99 g sodium
6.022*10^23 sodium atoms = 22.99 g sodium
mass of 1 sodium atom = 22.99 g / 6.022*10^23 atoms
= 3.818 * 10^ -23 g / Na atom

The above answer is not accurate. A single atom will not weigh 22.98 whatever amu.
well 1 atom of sodium is 23 amu ( most likely) or 22 or it could be any other mass equal to or greater than 11 amu.
1 atomic mass unit = 1.66053886 × 10-24 grams
so 23 * 1.66053886 × 10-24 grams =3.818E-28 grams

1 atom gram of Na has a mass of 23g
the mass of 1 atom is 23/ 6.022*10^23 (Avogadro's Number)
so 23/6.022*10^23=3.819*10^(-23) g

(6.02214179×10^23 atoms) / (22.98976928 grams) = (1 atom) / (x grams).
Solving this yields: 3.81754035×10^(-23) grams

I was the shorter, plumper girl. I'd been about 190, 200, most of my adult life. And I met my goal, ten weeks ahead of schedule. And feeling empowered, I decided to drop even lower. I never imagined that I would be 125 pounds, and go from a size 18 to a size 2.

This is a really horrible question. Read it yourself. There is no such thing as a gram of 1 atom. 1 Atom = 1 Atom and that is not even one gram for ANY element.
