YES! I love golden too! As you can see, my avatar is my golden retriever, Mona! My Yahoo! 360 is based on her, and it shows facts about her, and stuff! Eveybody has different preferences, otherwise there wouldn't be so many to choose from! I once had a Golden, I love Dobermans, Shelter dogs are the best, but my personal choice for number one in cuteness has to be Cocker Spaniels! They have the sweetest faces, and most soulful eyes, and all that long, wavy fur, mmmmm. Soooo cute!
They make perfect family pets. They are super gentle, yet sturdy and patient enough for the kids to play with, but not so big they'll knock them over. They'll do anything to please their owners, and have so much courage, it's unbelievable!
I had a Pit Bull come at me, and my Cocker intervened to protect me! That dog was almost twice her size, and nearly killed her, but she never hesitated. Took shooting the Pit Bull (4 times) to get her to let go of my dog, a frantic dash to the vet's with spurting arteries, almost lost her, and a huge vet bill, plus she was left with a crippled leg. I believe my dog probably knew she was no match for that monster, but didn't think twice about laying down her life for me.
I've always taken very good care of my pets, but I saw to it that dog lived out the rest of her days as an honored member of my family. I have no doubt she would have done it again if the need had arose. I would have been savagely mauled, and possibly killed, if not for her.
Cute? Oh, yes, but way more than that. She had the heart of a lion! Give me a Spaniel like that any day!

I personally have goldens and think they are cutest but you'll get 50 different answers. Different dogs for different people. Cute shouldn't be the main reason you pick a certain dog.

I like German Shepherds but I cant part from Huskies and Goldens! Lets just say I like all three:)

My parents have a lhasa apso (check spelling) they are naturally long haired so you can cut and style as you prefer there's is 7 years old and when cut still looks like a puppy they are good watch dogs - watch not guard as they are small and he is good with children.

i have a sheba inu mix w/ a german shepherd. she is adorable!!!
but is also think welsh corgies, chow chows, and polmeranians are really cute!
goldens are classic cuties ! :)
