4 big spoons in your coffee is a bit much? I know someone who puts that much in....ewww, I couldn't drink anything that sweet!! I only put 1/2 a teaspoon in mine!

Yes, a bit much, I'd say. They might as well stop drinking coffee 'cuz they don't like the taste of it. They should try a flavored coffee and use less sugar or use an artificial sweetner for half of the sugar amount.

There's nothing wrong with four big spoons in your coffee- as long theres enough room on the rim of the cup for you to fit your mouth to take a sip. And as long as the spoons don't fall forward and hit you in the nose when you lift the cup and take your sip you should be okay.

In much of the world that is customary. Is the someone you are referring to Middle Eastern. Middle Easterners drink their coffee very sweet... it is like a dessert. Also, caffe con Leche, cuban style, is often drank with heaps of sugar.

Yes. When I drink coffee (which is rare) I drink it black, that's the only way you actually taste the coffee
