I only have $80,000. Are there 99 other people out there who can contribute that much?

I could but I don't get out to that part of the country, so it wouldn't be money well spent. I'm resigned to the fact that the strip malls are coming. Of course it would be cool to have my own private Woodstock. In this case, maybe more time-share.
