Try to find out the reasons for that anger and frastration. It may not worth all that pain you are going through. If the reason of your anger is yourself at least you have learnt something now, if it´s a loved one, give yourself sometime and then forgive them, if it is not about anyone then take it easy and let it go knowing that you are difinitely not the only person suffering from this. Trust me there are always people out there going through much worse than what you are in.

I have done so a few times. Yes, it does work! I didn't do it on purpose. But a few times, I've been so stressed and exhausted... When I finally got home at the end of a long exhausting day, I would find himself bursting into tears in the shower, or after having just sat down.

Exercise helps, meditation helps, you can read books to find many ways to release emotions, I recommend books by Dr. Wayne Dyer, you be happy just because you can, meditate and release the negative emotions, and love life and live to love, study all positive sources of information that you can find it uplifts your spirit, learn to deal with things in a way to not build up stress, which is something we make on ourselves when we refuse to listen to our true self which always knows best, we can learn by meditation, reading the good book, study on increasing your awareness, I been doing it for twenty years and I'm still learning, so get busy and relax and enjoy this ride, it's such a short trip.

You've received some good ideas and a lot of bad ones. Sit down and pray to Jesus ask him for peace, give him the burden he will help. You have to believe and he will do it.

if you are near an amusement park, pick out the scariest ride and get on it....fear has a way of wiping out stress.....
get on your bike and ride until your are totally exhausted..walk it home......
go and volunteer at a homeless shelter or habitat for humanity project....
go to a church and sit in the pew for 1 hour(listen don't talk and you don't even have to pray) it will give you some peaceful time to let things go....
