I would try to find that at a junkyard. You can probably use the same cap from a Toyota Corolla, also. The chance of finding one of those 2 cars in a junkyard is very high, and the price should be nominal.

Dear Prizm-
These cars were sold at Chevrolet Dealerships. The parts are still available for them at the Chevy Dealers.
I know I work there and still sell parts for the Prizms.

I would first try a local auto salvage parts yard or your only other choice is a Chevy dealer's parts dept. There are not likely any after market caps available.

If all else fails, a dealers parts department can get one if they don't already have it in stock. It will be the most expensive way to go but it will be correct.
