The more expensive Ceramic brake pads don't put out as much dust. They cost about twice as much as the mid-range priced pads.
As an example, The Hawk Performance Ceramic Brake Pads won't give much dust. Search the Summit Racing web site.
As a rule, with brake pads, you get what you pay for. If you buy cheap brake pads, expect them to not last as long, give lots of dust, and longer stopping distance. If you go for the more expensive pads, they will last longer, give little or practically no dust, and will give shorter stopping distance.

Ceramic brake pads produce less brake dust, but are considerably more expensive than regular pads

I'm sure that they all put off some dust as they wear. The ceramic pads will produce less dust. Remember that you have to pay the price to get less dust.
good luck.

stay with the organic pads, you can usually buy after market brake dust shields that go on behind the whell to prevent brake dust from settling on your wheels, one problem may be that the wheels cannot cool properly because you've blocked air flow with the shields...
So it's a trade off....

The old asbestos pads, which were cleaner, are gone! There are new premium pads available, but very pricy. I just stay with the mid-range pads, they are better now than a few years ago.
