In my experience, it's a close race between Cingular/AT&T and ExpressScripts. I have caught both in outright lies which they later had to correct.

New York Community Bank.

This group of greedy capitalist pigs buy out smaller community based banks and merge with a third bank within a year or two making a huge profit. They don't care how bad their customer service is because they bail out before the big problems come back to haunt them.

Krogers hands down!!!

In the 28 years I have worked in customer service/retail, this is the worse company for both employees and customers!!!

OOHHH, don't let me get started...I can tell you horror stories from both East coast and West coast about Krogers!

Direct Merchants- they reported my credit card as lost or stolen when i made a payment by phone.
