I highly recommend the Girls of Glitter Gulch in the center of the downtown area. Because it's located in the center of a lot of casinos in a major tourist area, they take care to keep it really clean, nice, and friendly to patrons. My wife and I went there on our honeymoon and had a marvelous time.
The Palomino Club is very classy and very pricey, but is the only full-nude bar in Vegas that can legally serve alcoholic drinks. So you're better off visiting a topless bar unless you're comfortable spending $10 for a glass of fruit juice.
But yes, be prepared to shell out about $50-100 minimum for cover charge (if applicable, some have a drink minimum instead), drinks and tips no matter where you go.

We went to Las Vegas last September for a friends birthday and did a lot of checking this out ahead of time. There was a group of us (9) both male and female that wanted to go to a club one night. After looking around and getting feedback from locals, we chose Seamless. I can say for my first "Strip club" experience it was great! The girls were hot, the waitresses were attentive and the layout was classier than I had expected. A friend paid for my boyfriend and me to get a dance and the girl was amazing. If you're looking for a good club this one is definitely worth a look. Oh and if you're interested in after hours clubs, Seamless turns into one around 3 or 4am I think? Have fun!!

Yes but they're all over 21 clubs. The fully-nude over 18 clubs are the seedy ones mostly.
Scores is probably the best, it's on Desert Inn and Valley View. Pretty girls and a lot of security.
Spearmint Rhino is also nice, it's on Highland.

I love Las Vegas, I go a lot. The whole place is seedy,or has seedy overtones because of over decorating bad taste, kitchy glitz, total over-americanisation.
Even the five star hotels are seedy because of the sickly over decoration.
That's why you go there. I love it, and all the clubs, regardless.
If you want to be fussy go to Disney World. Pleasure Island is full of clubs for adults, but not seedy because it is part of Walt Disney World. (Forget the fact that guys were selling drugs in the clubs whenever I've been there.) So you see, even clubs in precious Disney World are seedy

club paradise across the way from the hard rock. what ever you do , don't listen to your cabby, they get a kick back from the strip clubs so they'll take you where they want

Spearmint Rhino is the gold standard from what I've heard. I've been there once and it was fairly classy and clean. You'll have a good time.

they are all money traps..save your money. If you want real fun, high end, not seedy, nothing cmpares to Miami.
