When you jump, you and the Earth both move away from the point where you were in contact, in inverse ratio of the respective masses. So the Earth doesn't move very far. If the entire population of the Earth stood on the Isle of Wight (they'd fit, but only just) and jumped, the earth would move 6 billion times as far than it would if one average person had jumped. But that still wouldn't be very far.

I didn't realize there was a hole in China.....and why would it be jumping?

Actually, you might feel the vibration for a short ways continentally speaking, but it would be spread out so much and the force would be so small that I can't see the vibration being very severe, if much of anything at all. Remember, the terrain of China is not flat, so, while everyone would jump up/down at the same time, the terrain itself would tend to dissipate some of the force.

Nothing because they won't be leaving the earth. A displacement would only occur if the whole population of China were to jump at escape velocity (25,000mph) and leave the earth completely.

If Chinese population is about 1,5 miliard people, they have something like 100 miliard kg. In comparison to mass of Earth is really nothing, so nothing would happen.
