Cut your caloric intake WAAAAYYYY back.

The ONLY way to lose weight is to take in fewer calories than you're burning. So if you don't want to exercise, then you need to cut back on your eating.

To a very high degree, you should weigh as much as you feel happy with weighing.

As far as a "healthy weight", that's what most of the other posts are about (calculating your BMI, diet plans, etc).... but most people will say what the "average" is according to different opinions.

As long as you are at a weight where you are healthy, the most important part is that you are HAPPY with your weight... not that you "should be X pounds", but that no matter what you weigh, you are happy with that instead of striving to be a size 2 or something like that

That being said, if you want to lose weight, exercise is a really good (and safe) way to lose weight. In addition to that, I would recommend meeting with a nutritionist or dietitian to see if there is something else that may benefit you more

You don't.

I mean, you can - but you'll end up in the hospital or worse.

If you want to shed water weight, drink a lot of water and buy some detox tea. They can flush out your system and I know people who have lost 5 lbs. just in water weight.

Other than that, just eating less calories won't do it fast. It will be better in the long run, but you need to exercise. Even if it's just taking a jog for 15 mins. around a local track.

well exercise it what makes you loose weight. if you really want to know though take laxatives after you eat which leads to laxative abuse so i wouldnt do it. starve yourself leads to anorexia so i wouldnt do it or you can make yourself puke after you eat one more thing ithink you shouldnt do. but those are ways to can loose weight without exercising. but you should exercise its not hard just go for a walk with some friends or join a sport that you like than you can loose weight a healthy way!

Exercise is really one of the best things to do. However eating things that are low in carbs and eating things that do not contain a lot of sugar is always a good start. Just try to start eating healthy and staying away from a lot of sugars. Best of luck!

Cut down on calories but you could lose more quickly by exercising even if it is only a small amount.

Stop counting you re not going to be lose weight overnight Just concentrate on diet and exercise

You can lower your calorie intake ,but eventually you will lose muscle mass as well, so you will have loose skin. You need to do some type of excercise, no matter how little. Try it, it will make you feel so much better about yourself as well.

you must do some exercise! get up and walk for 20 minutes. thats all you should need to do. thats it. lower your caloric intake to 1400 calories and the weight will start to fall off.

Eat healthy. I know someone who lost a lot of weight by just eating healthy and not working out at all.

You SHOULD work out, it really helps with burning calories and feeling better about your body.
