I personally DETEST Nancy Grace and her "style." That is why I do not watch her program. However, the particular case being referred to and the subsequent lawsuit should NOT be the reason for a dismissal. The mother who committed suicide had MANY other potential reasons to do so. Perhaps Grace exacerbated those reasons, but did not CAUSE them in the first place.

Most television sets come with more than one channel. There's no reason to watch Nancy Grace if you don't like her. The lawsuit you refer to was dismissed. Nancy Grace is a real spitfire go get-em woman. I hope her husband never forgets their anniversary.

No I don't think that Nancy Grace should be removed from broadcasting. Nancy Grace to me just tells the evidence and how things are and lets the viewers decide who committed the crime. She reminds me almost like an investigator. Shes really good at it, I think that she should work in that field. However in the case of Melinda Duckett. That was a really hard and challenging case. There was a bitter custody battle and it looked like they were going to court. Melinda was more likely going to get custody becasue she had everything going for her like a job and a car. Josh was still living with his parents. Josh would of had to pay child support if she had gotten custody. I don't think he would of liked that. I don't really believe Melinda had committed this crime and she was set up with evidence that was insuffient in my opinion. I disagree with how Nancy handled this case and how she went on and on about it for ratings. I think that this is the only case that she messed up on but that doesn't mean she should be fired. Everybody makes mistakes. The lawsuit should not be dismissed. If somebody feels like they have been hurt or damaged, they have the right to sue. It is their legal right in our country to sue.

I WOULD HIGHLY CONSIDER IT.
SHE ACTS SO PHONEY AND PUSHY.
IT MUST HAVE BEEN THE LAST STRAW TO BREAK THE CAMELS BACK.
TO BE INTIMIDATED OVER TV IN THE PUBLIC EYE IS JUST OVER THE TOP. THERE IS NOTHING WORSE THEN TO BE ACCUSED OR INTIMIDATED FOR SOMETHING YOU HAVE NOT DONE,THAT IS CRIMINAL.
THIS GIRL WAS IN A DELICATE SITUATION AND SHE SHOULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED WITH KID GOLVES..
NOT TREATED SO HORRIBLY.
