It depends on what weekend, I know today (8/9) Coventry is having the last Street Fair. I hear that Cedar Fairmount is having their own street fair (on 9/12), but I have never been to theirs. If you can add what weekend, someone could tell you whats going on. But in general, people like to visit the Rock Hall, or depending on your age, and the age of your company going to the clubs in the Warehouse District. The West Side Market is always a nice place to visit, especially on the weekends and its not that far away from Jacobs Field. The Art museum is closed, but they do have one exhibit opened. University Circle, has a lot of museums, like the Western Reserve Historical Society, the Natural History Museum and the Botanical Gardens. Also keep in mind that Cleveland is under construction, so there will be a lot of detours. So please be careful when navigating through the city. Have fun at the game!

Well if you're visiting on a Friday afternoon you can enjoy a free concert at The Museum of Art in University Circle, (Princess Diana exhibit already left), The Botanical Garden is lovely, also The Natural History Museum. The free concerts are offered all summer on Wednesdays and Fridays from 530pm till 830pm. Downtown is the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame or visit the Science Center, Hard Rock Cafe or House of Blues. Good shopping at Tower City-have fun!

You could always try Cedar Point or Geauga Lake if you like theme parks. Lunch in the Flatts is fun, you could go to the beach. There are a number of historical attractions, Stan Huett Hall is awesome. So is President James A. Garfields house in Mentor, OH. There's a wonderful exhibit at the Western Reserve Historical society right now about Princess Diana, I believe it's still there. The art museum is really nice too, and I believe they have a monet exhibit right now. Hope this helped!
