Well, if no one else is eating fruits and veggies.. Just hoard them for yourself.. .For breakfast eat a low fat yogurt with granola or a fruit/yogurt smoothie.. For lunch have a bagel or toast spread with peanut butter and some milk w/ some apple wedges... The more "colors" you have on your plate the better.. .Try eating colored peppers instead of just the green peppers the colored one's (orange, red, yellow, purple) are higher in vitamins A and C... Also, mix vegatables in with brown rice for increased fiber.. Use low sodium chicken broth.. You can even use frozen veggies in many cooked dishes... Be sure to take a prenatal vitamin.. I make pancakes with Bisquick and I add about 1c. cooked oatmeal in whole milk to the bisquick and applesauce in place of the oil.. As well as some cinnamon, and vanilla.. .It's higher in fiber and by omitting the oil it's healthy.. I give them to my kids, I often make them into peanut butter jelly sandwiches... The leftovers can be frozen as well. Good luck

You can snack on those little carrots and tomatoes with like ranch or something, just pull a few out of the bag and eat them. Or, they have those little cans of veggies (don't know if you are talking about those or not) you could try.
