Oh, yeah!Sometimes life gets rough, but just remember one thing that i have been told you can only run from things
for so long.I am not sure what your going through, but it will pass. There is a saying that I like that says
"If you pray for rain, be prepared to deal with some mud." If you just need to talk feel free to im me....Everybody
needs somebody to talk to sometimes.Hope you have a good day!

Several times. But this is no way to live your life. While you might find and believe that some people are just put here to hurt others, that is simple not true. You have to be strong enough to face the things we are scared the most of.
Ever time you feel like you need to hide, just stop for a second and take a breath. Life can be hard times, you may want to cry and hide in a closet, but just remember this. We have all been put here for a reason, there is a purpose to everyone, and for everyone. You simple must find that in your heart and in your mind.
Never give up and never stop believing in yourself.
If we would have known our desitanations, we would have reached them long ago, but we don't. We have no idea were life is going to take us, so we make friends and find reason to hold on and never let go of the things that make us who we are and how we feel.

Yes i have that feeling quite often especially when i am under a lot of stress and i have no one or nobody to talk to. I want to shut down and pack up and call it a day, but i dont do it as i have kids and a husband for me to take care of and it usually gets better as the day goes on.

Yes. But if you are feeling this way constantly you may want to get help. I suffered from depression for 2 years. Getting help was the best decision I could ever have made.

Yes I agree with Tdeb, you are just scared of something but I am a believer that being scared is healthy, I am more afraid of what I am running toward than what I am running from. It just goes to prove you have to run sometimes.
And another thing you don't have to just deal with things there is alot out there for us all we have to do is use it.

Hell yes! But then I think of my loved ones, my home, and remind myself that wherever you go, there you are. Most people are only running from themselves, and thats just not possible.
