Two ways around this. First tell them they are actually upsetting you by behaving like this. They may think you are being sensitive but that they have to stop because it is genuinely affecting you.
The second way is to look at them and say, "Seriously, who cares what you think?", and get on with whatever it is you are doing.
Either way you need to be direct. Denial and acceptance hasn't worked so try appealing either to their better nature or showing them that their opinions are simply a non starter for you.

i totally understand. i have some really good guy friends. when my parents and siblings tried to tease me about it, i just ignored them. i told them that they were being immature and that girls and guys can be friends without being in a relationship. they still tease me now and again, but its just joking around, they learned to understand.
if they keep on making fun of you, you should try talking to them about it. tell them it makes you feel bad and that they are being close-minded.
one thing i did after that was start having more girls nights out. i would get a group of girl friends together to go shopping or to the movies. i made more friends this way so now i have really good guy and girl friends. it helps when my parents tease me.
i wish you the best of luck.

It's ok because you are friend and don't have romantic history. If you do, It makes the person feel funny. Heard of a story that after a break up, Mary does not hang around with a mutual friend as it can complicate things that already ended.

I always had the same problem. I was always best friends with a guy/boy. My parents and especially my brother would pick at me and say that I liked him. Anyways you just deal with it, that's what I did. It doesn't matter what other people think.

hi...
well, it looks like your family is just teasing you, hon.
and they are trying to get a reaction from you.
no reaction is the best reaction! just don't pay attention to them... next time they try to tease you, just get up and go do something else...
i'm sure they also know you're "friends" with this boy, but they are probably having a good time tormenting you without realizing it's bothering you so much.
just go with the flow! hugs!!!
p.s. it's nice you have a good friend.

Just don't mention him to your sister, and next time she teases you, just say something like-'your so immature if you think two people of the opposite sex can't JUST be friends-grow up' and walk off. That should shut her up! Good Luck!

Just ignore them, the joke will get old eventually.
Either that or really tell them (in front of your best friend if its not too embarassing), that you are just friends and that what they are saying is starting to make you uncomfortable.

do you really think you're smarter than your big sister and parents? they DO understand that a man and women can be just friends. they're just teasing you. if they do it everytime you mention him, then DON'T MENTION HIM.

Tell them to grow up and shut up, Say it every time they tease you and they will soon get fed up. Remember not to play into their hands.
