You can buy somthing at the store to help...it's a plastic loop with a point at the other end. You put the thread through the loop and then thread the plastic point through the needle. Then viola! you hae the thread through the needle!

you can buy a needle threader anywhere they sell thread. it really helps. I have one, but I don't think I've ever used it.

always try to prolong your time for enjoyment ... once you put thread thru needle ..it is over ... waite ... steal more time !!!
