As globalisation is a borderless economy, it should be able to trade without barrier. Largely generated by customers' demands, globalisation is very important for current business survival. As for the indian economy, the future is very bright. Indian is a country that it's population is very huge. Much bigger than China based on some statistics in the future. With a large population, it is very attractive for businesses to invest there but currently, the market is still very protected. So time is needed to see the good future of indian economy.

I'm afraid that all the new wealth from globalization will not circulate through the whole Indian economy. A new caste system will develop based on cash but it will be very similar to the old one based on birth.
What happens when the son of a latrine digger becomes successful?
What happens when children of traditional households watch satellite TV and see there are other ways of living?
What happens when Indian diaspora come home and brings with them foreign spouses or foreign workers?
I think golbalisation will hit India with such force that you will not be able to recognise the country in 50 years.

Want good answers? But the fact is there ain't any positive answers for this question. Indian economy is growing without doubt but the augmentation of the population is thrice than that of the growing economy. As a result we won't go far. The Indians are rather interested creating hypes.
