Not always. Some people are too poor to wear what they would really like to wear to express themselves so they have to settle with what they have. I myself dress to fit my personality.

If you are an honest person, the way you dress will represent your personality. Even in your ‘fix’ uniform, you can add some ‘accessories’ or ‘action’ on your uniform to represent your personality.

In most cases. Some of use must dress a certain way for our occupations, I'm in retail and we must wear khaki and black, yet their are ways of expressing individuality even with a standard uniform. On out free time, most of us dress to represent ourselves.

Of course it does, unless you make some conscious choices to mask your personality. Business people have their business uniforms. Tradesmen dress like tradesmen. If you go on a school campus, it takes no time at all to tell the difference between the preppies, the skaters the stoners and the nerds.
