Well... It seems that MOST of the Arabs are unhappy with their situation (including me)... their land is being destroyed, they have no voice in the world, they are getting bombed and sanctioned in their homelands, and when they flee to western countries, they are treated like crap and told that they should go back to their homelands, where there is nothing left.

But yet, its ironic to see how the west keeps telling us that everything is fine and dandy and that we should stop "complaining." Give me reasons why we shouldn't be unhappy?

AND NONE OF THAT MISGUIDED STEREOTYPING THAT WE ARE RICH OIL TYCOONS, BECAUSE MOST OF US ARE NOT!

You, like everyone else in this world, have a choice: You can live your life tying your happiness to a group that you cannot control or you can live your life as an individual doing good things for yourself and family. Since the former does not seem to be working for you; I suggest you try the latter and see if it works better.

I know Arab-Americans that lead very successful happy independent lives. They are also Muslim. I've met others who are always angry, miserable and blame all their troubles on everyone but themselves. They are also Muslim.

The choice is yours, my friend. Decide now though because each day you put the decision off you get one day closer to never being able to make it at all.

I think if you are unhappy you should try to do something about it beyond blaming the West and Jews for all of your troubles. If life sucks in your home country, make your government do something about it. Why is it that Arabs get angry with the West (and of course the Jews) for everything that should be blamed on their own government?

Seriously, you're welcome to immigrate to the West but no one explicitly invited you. When you move to a foreign country you're going to take lumps from the natives regardless of who you are or where you came from. Do what you can to assimilate so you don't stick out like a sore thumb and inviting ridicule.

So, when the arabs quit killing each other, and others, then perhaps their plight will be listened to by the rest of the world.

When they place country before tribe, and tolerance before religion, then perhaps they can achieve a life better than they had in the 7th or 8th centuries, which is what they have now.

They made their bed what it is...boohooing won't change a thing.
