Sorry for your loss :( Every woman and pregnancy is different. Some women dont get any of the symptoms others complain of (lucky things) and some have a horrible time all the way thru. Your cramps could be either pregnancy or period pain.. do you usually get period pain?. The other thing is if you have been stressed about something or sick this can delay your period as well.
