Like you said, there are so many great teams, it's hard to tell.
I don't see anyone beating the SA spurs in a 7-game series.
San Antonio Repeat!!!

I'm sure David Stern won't take it away again. They've been talking about getting a new rule for that this year. They should win the Cahmpionchip this year. They ahve the big three of Marion, Nash and Stoudemire. I think will improve on both sides of the floor this season. I think they should simply get rid of Thomas and his huge contract and pick up another big man who can play good defense. He doesn' t have to be a shot blcoker or anything, he just needs to be a solid on ball defender like Thomas. Take some charges here and there and be solid for the whole season. I think thats all the Suns need. I think Alando Tucker was a great pick and should be good enough to be a solid bench player for years to come and is a pretty good defender and is very good in isolation plays. That is another thing the Suns weren't that great at last year. I think that the Suns are the Favorites along with the Spurs especially if the pull a Colts and not pickup anybody in the offseason.

Well, i think that it's going to be either the spurs, the mavericks, or the suns. There's no way cleveland is going to win because they're still not experienced enough. The spurs know how to win a championship, so it's a definite possibility. The mavericks have gotten really close, but never close enough. There's no way they're not going to come back strong after that loss to golden state!!! The suns, now with grant hill, haven't exactly had they're chance because of the spurs and mavericks, but grant hill might just be what they need to win the championship. So i would say it's got to be one of those teams.

i do agree there are alot of good teams out there but i would say that either the Detroit or Chicago or Miami (if they stay healthy) in the East, and San Antonio, Phoenix, or Dallas in the West because these are TEAMS!!!!
i don't think the Celtics are gonna win just because they got Paul, Ray, and KG. You can't win just by having 3 superstars and 7 other no-names and thats the same reason the Cavaliers won't win unless they get good players around LeBron and Daniel.

In my case, it must be the Pheonix Suns.
Why?
Celtics have it all, Ray Allen, Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett. And they are looking to sign Reggie Miller. All of those guys are from "1-star-player" teams. Combine them together, total confusion. Ray Allen's score will cause a big difference. Kevin Garnett's rebounds may be a cause. Paul Pierce still play unselfish. Look at the results.
Pheonix Suns are already used to it. A great passer, Steve Nash. 2 Post players, Amare Stoudamire and Shawn Marion. And one good natured player, Grant Hill. The others, swingmans. If one of them has the ball, the will shoot. But if the ball is in the wrong hands, give it to the other man.
What could happen next?

I think that the Celtic because they have Paul pierce who averages 24.6
they have Ray Allen who averages 26.4
Now they have Kevin Garnet who averages 22.4 12.4 rebounds
they might also get hall of famer Reggie Miller

I think Dallas will redeem themselves and make to the Finals versus the Celtics (providing they stay injury free and have a good chemistry). I say Dallas wins it.
