The mine at Crater of Diamonds State Park reportedly is the oldest diamond mine in North America, and the only one in the United States open to the public-visitors get to keep what they find.

Yeah there is one in Arkansas. This is a place where you can go and dig for diamonds. What you find you get to keep. I havent been but I want to badly. There have been somre really big ones found there. One recently by a young girl. Check out the website.
