So, if I'm reading this right, you're looking for a quick-cash loan (a la Money Mart or similar), but you don't want to pay the fees associated with said loan?
I'm sorry buddy, but if financial lending institutions decided to start making loans without their standard percentage fees, they wouldn't be able to pay their employees or their operating costs, and the entire economy of the business could collapse upon itself.
If you're that hard up for cash, find some family or a buddy that could front you some cash until your next payday. Otherwise you're pretty much out of luck.

become a student its the only one without ANY fees until the course ends or u could get somekind of grant for somthing
