i am thinking of sending a parcel to phillippines ,is it safe ??

depends on courier.but what you mean by safe? is it fragile? then you must have a good packaging. if you mean money? oh boy never attempt to send cash to philippines. and one thing. many of the customs will open your boxes before it arrives to the receiver, they call it customs inspection i call it "thiefs". it always happen to me. my mom will give a complete list via email, and few of them can't be found in the package. and it will arrive at least 20 days (i'm referring to the phil postal office)l if you use fedex it's safe.

Yes it is. But it depends on the manner of shipping and packaging. Your handling is also important. Make sure that it is well-packed.
