I'm calling BS on the Robert Person answer, he had 2 total HRs in 01' and 02' which would make it kinda difficult to hit 3HRs in one game.

Lieberthal and Howard are the only Phillies to do it this decade so I am calling BS on your question.

No pitcher has had a three home run game since at least 1957 (as far back as the Play Index goes), and I'd hazard not ever, unless Ruth hid one away in the depths of time.

Randy Wolf had a 2 HR game on 11-August-2004 with the Phillies. Box: http://www.baseball-reference.com/boxes/PHI/PHI200408110.shtml

Only modern day pitcher to hit 3 hr in one game is Jim Tobin of Boston(NL) on May 13, 1942.

Randy Wolf hit 2 homers in a game once. I don't remember a pitcher hitting 3 homers in one game.
