That is an awesome observation and statement! In almost every story there is a cursed apple or a genie with a warped since of humor! I think if we all take our time and think about decisions we make then we wouldn't ever really be surprised though! Sometimes the fun of a prize is the fact that it may come with some consequence! I had a friend who got on the Price is Right on time and won a car,... only to find out that they couldn't get it because they couldn't pay the taxes on the vehicle,... that stinks!

Yes, but not at all times.
It's not free or priced at all times. Just think of it as life, some gives you things but some things are bought by you. So just remember to always think twice in what you're doing and saying 'coz life might take it seriously and give you a much more hard penalty. Good luck!!!

That sounds good! I make up fairy tale stories for my daughter of how women become successful instead of how they rely on their prince.

Absolutely not. Fairy tales are there for the happy endings. What price did Cinderella have to pay? She got the prince and didn't have to sacrifice anything for it--the prince even fell in love with her right away and they didn't have to have an awkward date! The whole bit about her being a servant to her family was just thrown in to make you feel bad for her.

What price did Snow White have to pay? She was a dummy and kept taking things from strangers that would almost kill her. Then the prince--who again fell in love with her right away--swept her away.

I could go on, but I think you get the idea.

Yes. You have to be a beautiful princess and someone is always out to get you then you wait for your prince charming to rescue you. Why don't they have ugly princesses?
Rock on Fiona.
