i have changed the bulbs, checked for shorts,replaced signal indicator,replaced fuses,changed a round silver flasher fuse now i don't know what else to check. the back signal lights work manually but only when my foot is on the brake front signals don't work at all.people keep telling me to check the relay switch but we can't find it the car is a '92 cavaller if somebody can tell me where the relay switch is or anything else to check would be greatly appreciated. this car is in great shape and low milage otherwise i would get rid of it

there is 2 of the round mettle flasher relays on that car
turn on hazards do they work ?? if yes locate that relay (its clicking) is this the one you chainged ??
find the other one its usally some where neer the other one it could be plastic simular shape it can be replaced with the metal one cant find it look on or near the stering collom may be on top you can find it with a flashlight get under the dash look up

Get a 'test light' and check for (12V) voltage at the light sockets. Also check the grounds. I would say there is a broken wire somewhere in the circuit. Do your headlights work? Check the parking light circuit.

Be sure you changed the turn signal flasher versus the hazard (4-way) flasher. Check owners manual.

u may have changed 4 way flasher not the signal light flasher....go to advance auto [or other] and ask for signal light blinker solinoid...and ask to look at compuiter location.... there r usuall 2...one under hood in fuse box and 1 under dash...[the one u hear go tick tick tick ] as u signal

TRY FINDING AN INDEPENDENT SHOP INSTEAD OF THE DEALER OR A CHAIN STORE BECAUSE YOU WILL BE OVERALL MORE PLEASED WITH THE FINDINGS AND THE SERVICE.

LEAVE IT THERE WITH THEM SO THAT THEY CAN FIND THE PROBLEM FOR YOU, IT WILL BE A LOT BETTER THAN JUST REPLACING PART AFTER PART AND NOT DOING ANY GOOD.

probably have a broken wire if not most relays are situated under dashboard behind radio
