I have mazda pick up. Recently, it started to make a squealing noise around right passanger wheel when car goes up and down the bumps. The noise also happens when if I put my weight and shake the front right side of the car up and down. In other words, sound goes out only when the wheel ( car ) moves relatively fast vertically.
Do you know what is the problem ? What part do I need to replace/What should I do to fix the problem?
Thank you.

Pull the front wheels and inspect the brake pads and rotors. Check the front wheel bearings for looseness. Check all steering arms, tire-rod ends, radius arm, ball joints and A-arm bushings.

You have a dry ball joint. Most likely the lower one as they usually go bad first. Some can be lubed, others have to be replaced.

the squeelng sound is probable from the brake pad alerts. there's a sprint metallic piece on all disc brake pads which will scrape the rotor while the pads placed on down. this warns you its time to replace the pads
