Where can purchase a satellite jammer for the car?

So I can avoid paying the forthcoming "pay as you drive" toll system? I've heard they cost about £700, but will pay for themselves quickly.

Do you really think they will be on sale here?. In any case the presence of a working black box will be easy to check and the fine would be enormous
