Get on a bike. The more people bike the less space there will be for cars. Also, insult car drivers, get in their way, make it impossible for car to transit in the city. We must initiate a true offensive if we believe in our values.
The fascists force their laws on us. We must force our own conception of environmentally friendly behavior unto unwilling communities or accept that we are complicit in the destruction of our mothering planet.
If you are not ready to fight for your principles, you are part of the problem.

When solar energy cost reach below grid parity and electric cars become affordable, we dun have to replace them with mass transit systems.
And lucky for us, cost of solar power keeps coming down and more and more research $$$ is being pumped into the development of electric cars.
In solar power, companies like Suntech Power is currently profitable, growing revenue and earnings at 100% a year. Its on target to produce 1000 MW of solar panels in 2010. Who doesnt want to invest in companies that double earnings every year? So in turn, it will fuel more investor interest in solar companies and more solar companies will come online to develop cheaper solar panels to compete. The end result of all this activity is more solar power at lower costs...
So you use your solar panel to produce energy while you are at work and then charge your electric car using all that stored solar power... ZERO POLLUTION...!
Governments can even install thousands of these solar panels in Wastelands like desert to generate huge amounts of power from lands that are virtually useless... It is estimated that if we cover 4% of our desert in solar panels, we can generate enough power to fulfil the world's energy needs.
And also, electric cars are pretty sexy rides too, as can be seen in the form of the Tesla Roadster. It has a range of 250 miles and can go from 0-60mph in less than 5 secs! The sound it makes when zipping around is just like the car from Back to the Future movie... damn COOL...
So actually, we don't really have to give up our cars :P

Your question is rather rather theory scary. indexed here are my strategies. electorate serve the regular objective of identifying ethical themes. Judges to interpret the regulations of regulation, and to prepare the effects as they think of are suitable. the place we've run into issues is two areas. One, The legislature has desperate that they could mandate the dimensions of time for sentences, in politically reward approaches. This has deliver approximately great unevenness in sentencing.under modern interpretation to verify new regulations, or fail to enforce regulations by jury nullification. 2, the different is that juries are advised that they do no longer look to be accepted to apply nullification. An occasion of it is drug regulations, maximum folk have carried out drugs, and have reservations approximately sending first time offenders to penitentiary, although, needed minimums as they are written could require that. purely some strategies. in case you eliminate the Jury from offender approaches then you somewhat eliminate the human ingredient. interior the form of settlement disputes, judges may be the identifying good, because of the fact the themes are in many cases complicated and previous the scope of know-how of the conventional jury.
