Of course it is, if you`ve got a pain go to Boots, all their pills are on a buy one pay for two offer, now that`s a steal!

Not really. Lots of small things add up. Where I work cleaning materials get pilfered in the name of 'borrowing', and things get handed out in the name of 'helping'. The only problem then is that extra supplies have to be ordered, and this means expenditure which means another budget has to be cut elsewhere to take account of this.

Even throwing away things which can be re used, like plastic A4 sleeves (unless damaged) could save money, but if something is being thrown away there is probably nothing wrong with taking it.

Depends on the small thing - a plaster works better if you've nicked your light finger, and it won't get better if you fiddle with it. Told that to the guy from Shanghai who pinched his nobble and ended up with sore purloins - it certainly crimped his style, he couldn't even diddle! Unless you have nerves of steal it's best to take a pilfer it!
