have english reg car in spain.Is it possible to to get an m.o.t ( itv) here in spain ??

Your choices are: return the car to the UK, to have it MOTd, or re-register the car in Spain, and fulfil the requirements for testing according to Spanish law.

If you are resident in Spain, you should not have a UK-registered car.
If you are only on holiday in Spain, you should have got the car MOTd before departure.

You have to get it re-registered in Spain, then apply for the test there.
