WATER IN OIL COULD BE FROM THE EXHAUST MANIFOLDS. YOU NEED TO TAKE THEM OFF AND INSPECT THEM. SOME HAVE A SIDE PLATE YOU CAN REMOVE TO INSPECT. A BAD RISER ELBOW ALSO WOULD ALLOW WATER INTO THE OIL. BUY YOUR GASKET KIT FIRST BEFORE REMOVING THE EXHAUST MANIFOLDS. IF THEY CHECK OUT GOOD REPLACE THEM WITH NEW GASKETS, SAME WITH RISERS. ANY FLAKING OR SEVERE RUST THAT BREAKS OFF REPLACE THEM.

Sorry about your bad luck, you probably have a ruptured water jacket usually the cause is from a cracked cylinder head although it could be in the block (which sucks either way) If you suspect its a craked head take it to a machine shop that has a magnetic flux particle inspection machine or a "magnaflux" as its called. It will be able to detect the smallest cracks if its the heads then replace them or repair them if possible. if not then look to the block (this is all assuming that the head gasket didnt go bad again) good luck

Depends what Eng your running the intake gasket could be leaking. On a ford it has hex head plugs in the heads they rust out letting water in pull the valve covers an look start Eng if you didn't have to pull the Ex manifolds or look for clear water on the hex plugs it will show up very easy.
