That entirely depends on your location and the technical knowledge you have with computers. If you open an internet cafe in a basically rural area, where internet access is not as easy as it is in the Metro nad you are the first or among the first to do so, then you will surely have a lot of customers who will flock to your joint. You will also have monopoly over it in the area, and will always be considered as the pioneer, no matter how many others suddenly pop up. And if you know a lot about computers, then you will save a lot on hiring help with the equipment, and will then be able to save more than you spend on the computer bills, maintenance and hired hands.
