A friend would not do that. That is done on purpose and the person should already know it will hurt someones feelings.
I had one like that, but not anymore. That type of friend is only going to bring you down. There are others who will be much better friends than that.
Amy, I think you are wonderful just the way you are and find it hard to believe people can be that way.
Try to have a good day. : )

I do understand the fact that we do have fun on here and joke around and act silly with our answers.
But I also believe there is a limit to that Humor, when it becomes nasty and hurtful and down-right mean it can hurt. I see no need for it at all.
I wonder would we say some of the things we say on here just to the average person we meet out in the public? I know some people would get smacked across the face if they spoke to people the way I have seen some carry on in this place. There is a difference in Good Humor and just plain old Sarcastic answers which to me are stupid. I don't really see humor in a lot of them-Honestly. I am trying my best to be light and care free but come on people you know what I'm trying to say!Lately there has been Much Discussion on hurting people with this so called Humor which is Considered plain old Sarcasm. So there must be some common ground here, because there is too much Of this going on lately.People are getting hurt not to mention being suspended also. That's like adding insult to injury.

Yes..of course it does, especially if that person was supposed to be a friend. You feel betrayed. As for them ever being your friend, for a time, but not a true friend. A true friend would not turn around and hurt you on purpose. Throughout life we mostly meet people that will come in and out of our lives, it doesn't mean that they will be true friends. All I can say is feel the hurt, but then rise above it and realize that it's only words (sticks and stones, love). Don't ever change...it's wonderful to always look for the good in things, but it's also wise to be aware that you may get hurt. Keep smiling :)

No, because friends don't do that. The people here are not your real friends, your friends are the people in your real life that you hang out with and share with and see face to face. If you are getting upset by things you read about yourself here then you need to look at getting a new set of friends....... besides people like you described only make themselves look bad, and the people who read the rubbish they write can see this too.

You say you never hurt anyone but you are referring to a question I asked I am not stupid either and no one pulls the wool over my eyes. I see as well as you do. Does that not make you in the same boat as all of the rest of us? That was harm less fun not directed at you... Typo's and all! You took parts out to suit your own agenda to gain sympathy. You are making fun of misspelled words and think they are all about you when that is not even true. But you take it the way you want to you always do. That question had nothing to do with you at all.. you might have asked before you did what you did with this question. The outcome would have been completely different........So now who is really a friend? huh? Oh and btw thanks for the thumbs down I feel special!!!!!! Watch it you guys dissagree with her in the slightest and she will do it to you be warned!

Finding out someone that you had admired and trusted, making fun of you and talking about you may discourage you for a while, as time goes by, you learn to be a little more exclusive in those you allow to know you and share with.
It's all apart of growing and learning.

Yes, I happen to be a very sensitive person.
I get hurt very easily as am sure anybody would
if a hurtful question was aimed at them.

It used to Amye, when I was younger.
Consider the source of your concern. Do not allow it to disturb your peace, of who you are. You do not have to prove anything, to anyone. My Mother told me long ago, that the more you stir stinky stuff, the more it stinks.
I absolutely refuse to engage in, or give attention to, negative things, anymore. Its such a waste of my time. I am above that now, and I would not fuel any ones fire, with rebuttal. That is what they want. Fuel from you. Rise above it Amye. That's it babe. Life's to short. Put it in God's hands & let it go.~Jill

You should not trust just anyone!!
They need to earn your trust &
No they were not your true friend to be talking bad about you for no darn reason
Trust you intuition as to who to trust
If you get a strange feeling about someone believe it!!
