Today I went for a jog up that never ending hill. i was so tired from doing absolutely nothing in the way of looking for my daughter that I decided to cheer myself up by checking to see how much money was going into our pension fund [sorry Maddie Fund].
My hair was really in need of some treatment so I decided to go for a shampoo and set. I may even get some cosmetic surgery next week since I'm beginning to look rougher than usual on the TV..
We are really getting quite livid at the fact that people are starting to suss out the fact that we may not be as innocent as the driven snow, so we are going to get on the phone to Gordon Brown to make sure he can do something to ensure that we are fully exonerated. We deserve nothing less being middle class doctors.
The mortgage needed paying this week and because we are both on unpaid leave we decided to dip into the offshore accounts to get that sorted out. I am beginning to think that saying Maddy is in the Cayman Islands might be the next thing we could put out. Kate and I desperately need to top up our tans and Portugal is getting a bit too proletariat for our liking...
Better go and pretend I am doing something constructive in terms of looking for my daughter!!

He's probably realising that the world is getting tired of hearing how far he's jogged today instead of giving us info on Madeleine herself. If I were to draft a blog for him, I would like to put in something to the effect that "we have now decided that we must put the twins first and have therefore made arrangements to immediately move back home and return to leading a normal life for the twins, without of course, giving up hope of finding Madeleine."

It's a fair cop, we are going to lie low for a few weeks, me & kate are on the move again, you may not hear from me for a little while, we have just had a light lunch in the tapas bar, kates finished packing, then we will get the twins out of the creche, grab some fund money, then it's off to the airport,

I find the blog quite bizarre how anyone can talk about haircuts/jogging/having nice meals/travelling etc when their daughter has been abducted almost unbelievable. Sometimes I find the tone of the blog almost celebratory. It sends out a very strange message to most parents who try to put themselves in his position. He never talks in a way that I can relate to him. Cold and a different emotional plane to me.

Kate and I want to say we are totally to blame we left our precious Children so that we could have some fun and now our Beautiful Daughter is missing it is completely our fault and if we get jailed I can only say we deserve it for we neglected them all and I hope they lock us up for years

I can't imagine why the media here are making out we are irresponsible parents. We make sure the twins are always in the local nursery when me and Kate are spending time alone together.
Plan to see the Prime Minister soon.
