for real? get a book called 'the reality game' by rowan...if you can attain all the levels of development he has suggested (they are form many places but he does a GREAT job of synthesising the basics) then you can maybe try some gurdjieffian development.....but by the time you've done all the stuff in rowan you'll aleready know what you need to do....for most people i have met accomplishing even the basic levels in rowan seems more than a lifetiime's work.....the thing about change is YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO CHANGE and alot of people, it would seem, prefer to tell themselves stories about how they've changed whilst doing absolutely nothing real!!!
o - and you may have to stop watching tv too!

become a big brother.or a foster parent to a helpless child they need super heros if not donate money -food-clothing- to an charity-do volenteering after a disaster.offer help to old people i think you would be a superhero then. thats how...

if you mean flying superhero you can't.if you mean be known around town well you can try being a firefighter and save people from fires or a cop and protect the world my arresting crinals child molestors and other sick people in the world.or you can be a decetive.
