You are very beautiful this very minute!Aging is an unfortunate reminder that time does not stand still, but think of it as an enhanced older version of past beauty...No one can deny the aging process but the soul does not abide,as well as inner beauty..
We all have "downer" moments in time,so do something special for yourself, endulge in something you love,no matter what it is it can revive that introverted feeling of loss..Share yourself with someone who appreciates the wisdom and beauty you indeed have to offer..=)

I feel like this quite often! and I also am sick and tired of being sick and tired! I also walked 5 miles a day and have cut that back to 3 or 4, energy permitting! I also was very beautiful as a younger lass, and now into my 40's, I feel old and wrinkly! I also feel depressed at times and unappreciated alot of the time! I too am not without self esteem, but some days it's really hard to motovate!!! When I get really bad, I try to do things to make me happy, it dosen't always work though and sometimes ya just gotta ride it out, I think that out of 365 days in the year, if you can have a week or two of truly UP days you are doing very well!! Just remember that, you are a beautiful person, and what's on the inside is what truly matters!

Time and gravity can be cruel things indeed. We as women know this better than the males. The trick is to not let it rule or ruin your life or the way you perceive yourself. You are still the same person on the inside regardless. Well, that's not completely correct...with time comes wisdom and inner strenght so what you may feel you are lacking on the outside, you have gained on the inside. Be strong and keep yourself healthy. Try not to put your self worth on how you look. We all change sooner or later with time.

I think we all have periods of time where we feel we're not what we used to be. I'm 40 and I know I can't do what I could when I was 20. It's a fact of life I have to accept.

On the other hand, I'm not going gently into the good night. I would be more than happy to help with a plan, but first you'd have to tell me exactly what it is you are looking to accomplish. Are you looking to improve esteem? Get out of the house, or exercise?

Sweetheart! Your whole problem is in your question itself! When you look in the mirror why do you see yourself in the past? Why do you say. "Once upon a time I was beautiful?"
Why can't you say. "Thank God I am Beautiful!" You are what you think you are! Think beautiful and you will look beautiful, feel beautiful and behave beautifully! Sweetie look again in the mirror...this time without the spectacles of depression, self-pity etc. This Star is to give you back your confidence and self belief! Cheers Honey!!!

True beauty always comes from within, honey. After what you've been through, the fact that you've overcome the difficulties shows that you're a strong person, willing to live, so just consider it as a phase you're going through. Be strong once more, love yourself, be thankful for what you've got and always remember that you're lucky to be alive! That's what matters.
