Yes sometimes if they have picked a stupid answer while I have put a lot of thought and effort in my reply or I have come across the thread in search and find the question rude and offensive.

I didnt know you could - Im sure I have seen notices saying question is closed so you cant comment - unless your talking about your own questions that you close then in that case yes I do leave comments
