here's how you do it, you register for a marriage license, the state will give you one, you are legally married. A marriage ceremony is more of a religious thing, and if your druid or the druid priest is ordained(or whatever the word is) by your religion to perform marriage ceremonies of that religion, then yes he can be married by them

If druid priests are legal and authorized in your country, the marriage is legal.
