Sure,I live here right across the river.I'm sure I could go ballistic,blame in on ptsd,spend a month or two relaxing at the VA on wrightsboro,and be back home for next 4th

You need to get a permit from the FBI first. Give them a call.

Better yet, go down there in person with the missles so they can stamp them approved.
