hell no.im a person who when makes a mistakes has no prob to apologise.thats why i dont accept people to treat me bad and humilates me.so i dont accept it and i have 2 treat this person bad 2.thats why i dont cooporate and do better bcause i was good nd this person didnt value that.so 2 bad 4 him.

(*laughter*) You have just described the current management philosophy I'm working under. Treat people badly and then complain when they don't cooperate and do better.
I'm going to say "no". I usually do only what's asked, and nothing more, once that nonsense happens. On one hand it reduces my stress since I'm not trying to do a fabulous job any more. However, it does make the day go by more slowly.

When that happens I am usually hostile and people run for cover or square off and prepare to defend themselves. I don't humiliate others. I expect the same courtesy given to me. If it is not given to me, quid pro quo.

If you mean cooperating with the person, nope!!!
The situation actually made me believe in myself more, ( I love going the contrary direction when people are being stupid with me:)- so therefore I do better!!!
