If you respect yourself then that leads to having a high self esteem. Both are fulfilling.

they are one in the same. You need self respect to have self esteem. Self-respect leads to confidence.

It's different from someone "Acting" the part of confidence vs. how they truly feel.

My answer, you can;t have one without the other.

I love ya, but you can't split up my Trinity. My trinity is Self-respect, Self-integrity, and Self-worth. Self-worth and Self-esteem are the same thing. You can't diminish one without hurting the rest.

They mean the same thing.

My esteem is my respect for myself.

Neither brings me fulfillment, however; that comes from knowing who I am and what I believe in and staying true to those beliefs. That is what fulfills me.
