The smallest UK size is a 4 and is roughly the equivilent of a US size 00/0. You can find a UK size 4 at Miss Selfridge and Top Shop....also George at Asda although I hear their size 4 runs a little big.

asda do a size 4 i bought some the other day in there :D not sure about size 2 though as that is ridiculously small but you cood try ebay they may have size 2 and 4.

size 0 usa is size 4 uk so you will need to buy size 4 over here.

topshop do a 4 which i think is a 0 in america.
(asda does a 4 but it is a big 4)
