If you have to ask then you are not capable of dealing with such people.
You can not change others.
All you can do is take care of yourself and help them if they will let you, otherwise, you might just be insulting them by forcing change down their throats.
You can't change people.
You can teach them.
You can persuade them.
You can even bribe them.
But when it comes right down to it thay may still disappoint you.
And one person's improvement is another persons step backwards or step too far.
You have to be willing to see things through their eyes and accept that you can't always agree on everything.
That is just the way people are.

I ignore them. I belive in my abilities and I don't need somebody to tell me what i am able to do and what not.
