I got 2 red eared slider turtles and the female one has a big white spot on the back but, it's not fuzzy it's just a spot. Plus the green dots on the bottum are all srambed up and some of them are white, but she's not trowing up, she eats just fine, she seams just fine, but i don't know.

Is her shell pliable at all? this would be a sign of shell rot. The could also be getting ready to grow and shed. They will get dry spots on their shell at first. if her shell is good and firm keep a close eye on her to make sure, any changes bring her to a vet immediately. if you think the shell is pliable she needs to go to a vet right away, and also be separated from the other turtle.

Could be mineral deposits from hard water, or could be shell rot. Go to this website and look them up to determine which it is, as well as treatment options.
