your listening to the radio and this one song comes on that completely reminds you of someone you actualy thought you could forget and once you hear that song you do nothing but thing about that person ??
ugh im so frusterated with myself for letting myself feel like this UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

and to make matters worse you see that person and he/she has moved on and looks happy and you look at yourself and bla nothing your still single and have no life just work and go home everyday of every day

Yes i do remember him when i hear that special song, but I don't feel frustated because I am happy and better off than him.

It happens to everyone all the time.
Here's a suggestion:
Write down a few things you've always wanted to do and try to find way of achieving them.
Like find a better job, travel more, take a college/hobby class for fun, volunteer, get a new hair cut and a hot outfit, etc.
Stop worrying about what he's doing and make yourself happy.

your life seems empty..... you live in the past even though you are in present.....music is good for healing but sometime can be harmful too....you should stop listen to music make you sad and think of past...unless you love the song very much!!!!
if you still think of someone in past and you cannot get over it, that means you still love that person....well ..this take years to heal...either you let the knife keep cutting you to bleed or you learn to stop the wound get bigger and stop bleeding too!!!

i hate when it happens and most of all that kind of thing happens on the worst day ever. eventually when you think that the day is finally over and things couldn't be worst than that. but they can.
